No. XHouze is building its investor and partner waitlist ahead of a planned Regulation CF / Regulation A+ campaign. Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and costs nothing — it simply lets us notify you first when the offering opens.
Once live, the offering is expected to be open to both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to standard SEC investment limits based on income and net worth. Full eligibility rules will be published with the official offering documents.
Agents and Hubs earn commission by selling XHouze homes in their market — it's a business partnership, not a securities investment. Investors put capital behind homes or company equity and earn a financial return. You can do either, or both.
